Seth Churi

Senior Vice President, Operations

Seth Churi brings more than 20 years of golf operations and acquisition experience to ClubLife Management.

Most recently, Seth was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Redwood Six (R6) LLC, a boutique management and consulting firm established in 2014, specializing in premium private clubs and resorts. As COO, he focused on setting the clubs’ strategic direction, driving performance and business planning.

Prior to R6, Seth was the Chief Operating Officer for Sequoia Golf Holdings LLC for 10 years, responsible for the operational oversight of over 35 golf courses and country clubs, and the integration of newly acquired properties.

Peter Faraone

Regional Vice President

Peter has been in the hospitality industry for 37 years, starting his career with Marriott Hotels in their manager training program before moving on to Ritz-Carlton hotels for 13 years where he served as VP of Sales, opening over 20 properties during his time at the corporate office before moving into a General Manager role.

Peter later joined KSL Capital as VP of Sales and Marketing, then becoming General Manager of the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA. ​ He then joined ClubCorp as a Regional VP in the Mid Atlantic region before taking on the role of overseeing all the managed clubs in the ClubLife portfolio. Peter resides in South Carolina along with his wife Debra of 35 years.

MARY GROVER

Vice President, Sales

A 30+ year veteran of the club industry, Mary Grover oversees all sales disciplines for ClubLife Management, including memberships, private events and group golf outings. Prior to joining the ClubLife Management team, Mary served as Vice President, Membership in the Atlanta market for ClubCorp, where she oversaw membership sales for 30+ private clubs. Mary also has deep experience in the Private Event space, having served as a Regional Private Event Director for five years in the Washington, D.C. market. Mary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing from St. Cloud State University.

Billy Knight

VP, Corporate Development

Billy Knight is a 16 year veteran of the private club industry. His primary duties include identifying clubs that fit the company's acquisition/lease or 3rd party management criteria and initiating conversations with Board members and investors, financial underwriting, market analysis, negotiation and deal closing. Mr. Knight is a regular attendee of the NGCOA Golf Business Conference, Golf inc. Strategies summit, and Urban Land Institute. Prior to ClubCorp, Mr. Knight spent 10 years at Sequoia Golf as Director of Business Development.

Patrick Moree

Marketing Director

Patrick Moree has nearly a decade of experience in marketing, communications and public relations in the sports and hospitality industries. At ClubLife, he is focused exclusively on the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for our portfolio of management services clients.

Most recently Patrick served as Marketing Director for Redwood Six, LLC, a boutique management and consulting firm established in 2014, specializing in premium private clubs and resorts. As Marketing Director, he was responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for R6's clients, as well as corporate branding and marketing initiatives.

Prior to his tenure at Redwood Six, Patrick was a member of the Digital Marketing team at ClubCorp, and a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Sequoia Golf Holdings.

LORA TARLETON

Regional Food & Beverage Specialist

Lora brings nearly two decades of Hospitality and Food & Beverage Management experience, with notable roles in management with Darden, the Walt Disney Company, Sea Island and ClubCorp prior to joining ClubLife Management. Lora takes pride in her focus of developing and growing departments, teams, sales and profitability by developing and nurturing a cohesive environment and a team atmosphere with high personal and corporate ethics, professionalism and competency/training. Lora holds certifications as Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Food Safety, TIPS and RVP as well as numerous continuing education certifications in Hospitality and Post-Crisis Leadership. Lora has been awarded accolades including the Disney Emerging Leaders program, Disney Legacy Award and most recently was just named to the Top 100 list of Most Influential Restaurant Executives nationally.

Doug Miller

SVP, Golf Course Management

Doug is responsible for all aspects of golf course management for “The World Leader in Private Clubs.” Prior to joining ClubCorp, Doug was Director of Agronomy at Doral Resort and Spa in Miami, Florida and Director of Agronomy for the combined La Quinta Resort and Club and PGA West in La Quinta, California. ​ Doug is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent with over 40 years in the golf course industry.

Doug holds a degree in Parks and Grounds Operations Management from William Rainey Harper College.
